Stellar Job ! David Delbonis and his team walked us through a pretty difficult loan with a very steady calm professional demeanor. His communication and almost daily contact throughout the weeks long process was very reassuring. I am self employed, my wife recently retired. We have good rental income, and a great accountant. Our business allows us to write off a lot of expenses. We roll most of our rental income back into the properties to increase value and rental income. So we don’t show much net income to reduce taxes. Plan works great until you need financing and lender says low net income. First lender wasted weeks and then denied us.
